Author Jung Jin-ho takes this long-standing folktale, puts the turtle center stage, and reinterprets the old story to create a new picture book. The author, who previously showcased the charm of picture books through concise visual elements and intuitive images, now demonstrates the qualities of a witty storyteller.

Once upon a time, the Dragon King, who lived in the East Sea, fell seriously ill. No medicine worked, but the Carp Physician finally found a cure: eating the 'liver of a rabbit' that lives on land would heal him!
Unfortunately, none of the officials in the Dragon Palace know anything about rabbits. They can only imagine what a rabbit looks like based on old records. Furthermore, the only official who can go to the land is Old Man Turtle. He was chosen because he can breathe on land, but to make matters worse, he is hard of hearing and can't understand what the other officials are saying...
Can Old Man Turtle safely bring the rabbit back to the Dragon Palace?
