‘Doe-Doe, Cut!’ is the picture book handling the daily life of a girl with ruined hair style, but also showing the warm relationship between a father and a daughter. The main character, ‘Doe-Doe’, tried to cut her own hair by herself, and finally ruined the style, and her father really sympathized with her how she was upset, not just barely trying to comfort her. Doe-Doe finally became happy while seeing her father taking care of her own matter. On the way home with her father, Doe-Doe felt comfortable, and even smiled. Her father felt good while seeing his daughter. Doe-Doe was still a curly hair girl, but she wasn’t upset any more thanks to her father who got angrier than she did. The sense of freedom made Doe-Doe feel deeply moved emotionally. This book contains the pleasure of the girl who was understood by her father.
